The kitchen also has a coffee-machine ( dolce gusto Krups) , a thermostat, smoke detector, iron, and a small dining area ideal for relaxed breakfasts. The back door leads directly to the garden, allowing for easy access.

Downstairs toilet: The bathroom under the stairs is fitted with a toilet and sink, providing convenience on the ground floor.

Gaming room: For some kid friendly space. They can enjoy an old fashioned board game provided , read or draw or relax on the comfortable sofa bed.
