First floor gives you 3 bedrooms , a king size with en-suite, a double and a double with over the top bunk style single, as well as another bathroom.

On the Second floor is your open plan lounge dinner with top class kitchen with integrated appliances, modern decor and balconies front & rear for entertaining or simply sitting with a morning coffee looking out to sea or night cap watching the stars.

How do I book a stay?

Bookings can be made directly through our website by simply clicking ‘Book Now’ on any of our properties and selecting your desired dates. Alternatively, bookings can also be made directly by calling/email.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is from 3pm and check out must be by 10am on the day of departure. If you require early or late check out, please contact us and we will be happy to try and accommodate your request.

Is there parking available?

Free parking is available at all our properties. At Manor Garth, off-road gated parking is available at the property. At Seashell, Driftwood, and Wavesong, free parking is available.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. Guests will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. Any guests who don't show up will also be charged the total price of the reservation.

How do I check in?

Self check-in is operated at all our properties using a secure key box, for which you will receive a PIN code. By request, our property manager is able to meet you when you arrive and check you in personally. Please contact us to arrange personal check-in.

Can I request additional services, such as housekeeping or airport transfers?

We will always aim to meet your requests. Housekeeping are happy to made extra visits and can be contacted should you require extra towels, linens, and other amenities as required.
