These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of rental properties provided by M&C Coastal Getaways. By making a reservation and utilizing our services, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read this document carefully.

1. Booking and Payment:
1.1. Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or in person.
1.2. Full payment is due on booking.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
2.1. You can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. Guests will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival. Any guests who don’t show up will also be charged the total price of the reservation

3. Check-In and Check-Out:
3.1. Check-in time is after 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 10:00 AM.

4. House Rules:
4.1. Please respect the property and its furnishings.
4.2. No smoking is allowed inside the rental properties.
4.3. Excessive noise and disruptive behavior are not tolerated.

5. Property Condition:
5.1. Please report any damages or maintenance issues immediately.
5.2. We strive to maintain the property to the highest standard, but we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen events.

6. Maximum Occupancy:
6.1. The maximum occupancy of the rental property must not be exceeded.
6.2. Additional guests may result in eviction without a refund.

7. Liability:
7.1. M&C Coastal Getaways is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses during your stay.
7.2. Guests are liable for any damages to the property and its contents.

8. Privacy:
8.1. We respect your privacy and our booking system is compliant with GDPR.

9. Termination of Stay:
9.1. M&C Coastal Getaways reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay for violations of these terms or disruptive behavior, without refund.

10. Changes to Terms:
10.1. M&C Coastal Getaways reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with notice to guests.
